HANC offers many opportunities for you to contribute to, and/or sponsor, programs and initiatives at all of our campuses:
Gila Reinstein Parnes Hayom Program – Dedicate a day of learning in honor, or in memory, of a special person or to commemorate a special event. Different levels of sponsorship are available.

Scholarship Fund
 – Last year, HANC once again granted over $2 million dollars in scholarship assistance to families in need. Your donations enable us to ensure that we can continue to provide a premier education to children whose families would otherwise be unable to send them to HANC.

New Opportunities Program (NOP)
 – HANC’s  unique New Opportunities Program (NOP) allows students with little or no Judaic background to attend a Jewish Day School while receiving an unparalleled General Studies education. Students in the NOP Program take Judaic Studies courses in small, self-contained classes. This allows them the opportunity to “catch up” on their Judaic knowledge so they can be mainstreamed into the regular Judaic Studies tracks. Although there are many costs of providing the services and support necessary for a student lacking a Judaic studies background, HANC has made the commitment to the Jewish community to welcome and embrace these students and their families. To learn how you can partner with HANC in this unique endeavor and donate to the New Opportunities Program please contact HANC’s Director of Development, Liz Pazornick, at 516-565-5640 x234, or via email at: lpazornick@hanc.org.

 – Sponsor one of our major school-wide fundraising events (e.g. Chinese Auction, Golf Classic, Anniversary Dinner) as well as campus specific events (e.g. Chag HaSiddur, Chag HaChumash).

 – Sponsor one of our many innovative and enriching academic, extra-curricular and co-curricular programs.

- Become their #1 Fan by sponsoring any of our sports (hockey, basketball, softball) and/or non-athletic (Torah Bowl, College Bowl, Chess, Mock Trial, Model UN) teams.

West Hempstead Community Torah Fund
- This creative program was designed to provide new families to the West Hempstead Elementary School with grants of $2,500 per child for the first three years following enrollment.

Capital Campaign
 – To Be Announced

“Create Your Own” Sponsorship
- Over the years, many of our dedicated and involved families have identified a specific need at one of our campuses and have sponsored special purchases (e.g. new telephone system at our Elementary School; walkie-talkies at our Early Childhood Center; Professional Growth & Development Initiatives). This is your opportunity to imagine…and then make it real.

Campus Specific “Wish-List” Sponsorships
 – Each of our Campus Principals generally identifies “nice-to-have” initiatives which, unfortunately, could not be included in HANC’s operating budget. This is a unique opportunity for you to help HANC make those wishes come true.
