Rabbi Kalman Fogel received his Smicha from Yeshiva University, where he taught Jewish Ethics. He has been the Principal of HANC Plainview since 2002. Prior to coming to HANC, Rabbi Fogel was the Assistant Principal of the Hebrew Academy of Long Beach and the Director of Programs at the Stella K. Abraham High School for Girls. Rabbi Fogel attended the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education, and has participated in the following professional programs:

- Columbia University Business School: Institute for Day School Management
- Bar Ilan University: Lookstein Center Principals’ Program
- Research for Better Teaching: Observing & Analyzing Teacher
Rabbi Fogel and his wife, Debbie, have four children and three grandchildren. Rabbi Fogel is proud to be the rebbe and mentor for the students and alumni of HANC Plainview.
