A. Early Submission of Tuition Assistance Application

Fee: $150 (reduced from $250 for the Regular Submission Fee).

Deadline: ALL completed Applications must be received in the Tuition Assistance Office on or before March 14. Completed Applications must include ALL required forms, documents and information and the Tuition Assistance Application Fee.

B. Regular Submission of Tuition Assistance Application

Fee: $250

Deadline: ALL completed Tuition Assistance Applications must be received in the Tuition Assistance Office on or before April 25. Completed Applications must include ALL required forms, documents and information and the Tuition Assistance Application Fee.

If tuition assistance is awarded to Early or Regular Tuition Assistance Applicants, the applicable Tuition Assistance Application Fee received on or before April 25 will be applied towards the amount of tuition owed for the 2016-2017 school year.

C. Late Submission of Tuition Assistance Applications

Completed applications received after April 25 will be processed, but are subject to the following conditions:

(a) Fee: $500
(b) Deadline: May 16
(c) Automatic Reduction in Assistance: Tuition Assistance award amounts, if any, will automatically be reduced by 10% from the amount that would have been awarded had the completed application been received on or before the April 24, 2016 deadline.
(d) No Credit for Late Submission Application Fee: The Application Fee ($500) for Late Submission Tuition Assistance Applications will not be applied towards the amount of tuition owed.

  • Note for Late Submissions: The Tuition Assistance Committee has discretion, depending on the availability of tuition assistance funds, to not process late applications received after May 16, and/or to substantially reduce the amount of tuition assistance awarded.

*The Tuition Assistance Application Fee is non-refundable.
